RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At DELVANE PARIS, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached where applicable.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your request has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not return products to an address without first contacting us, as this may prevent us from correctly processing your return.
RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns, including change-of-mind and sizing returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us at info@delvane-paris.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or product, contact us at info@delvane-paris.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to credit the refund to your account.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Nothing in our 30-day return policy restricts any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Our 30-day return period provides additional time beyond this statutory minimum for eligible returns.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are separate from our 30-day return policy.
Applicable statutory legal guarantees remain unaffected.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact info@delvane-paris.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
